Thanks for the great idea Miranda!!! On November 13th (Friday) Gahanna is having their Winter Wonderland Lighting Ceremony at 7:00 pm. I've always loved winter festivities and now that I'm back where there's a true winter I am excited to jump back in and share my favorite pastimes with my daughters and the tree lighting is like the kickoff to the holiday season. From their website: Join The Department of Parks & Recreation as we light the Winter Wonderland light display at Creekside Park and Plaza. Caroling, candy canes and hot chocolate will put you and your family in the holiday spirit! This event is FREE. The Winter Wonderland will remain open until 01/04/10.
