Come move, play, and share the joy of yoga as a family. This is a fun, active class that will build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence in your growing child. We incorporate song and imagery into the practice to make it lots of fun for children and their grown-ups. Yoga comes naturally to children, so start practicing with them now! Light the way for a lifetime of health and overall well-being.
