Instructor: Brad Kovach Master a delicious dinner menu in this class that focuses on hands-on preparation of each recipe. Instead of cooking with a team that works on part of the menu, your group will rotate through stations crafting every dish -- from starter to dessert. Gain solid experience you can recreate at home as you chop, whisk, sauté, flip and taste your way through this workshop-style class.
