Instructor: Brad Kovach The holidays are the perfect time for an open house, but it’s not easy to cook for a crowd. That’s where we come in. Start with a centerpiece dish -- like an incredible posole, a soup made of pork, hominy, and chiles. Posole is a Christmas tradition in Mexico and the American Southwest and can feed many holiday revelers. Round out the party with a do-ahead app, side, and dessert.
