As we approach the holiday season, this meetup will help us all to stay healthy in our food choices as the temptation to return to Standard American Diet (SAD) reaches its peak. Think of some wonderful raw dish that you'd like to see more of this fall and winter and bring it to share. You'll be doing yourself and all of us a big favor! Creativity is a wonderful thing and so is simplicity. It's all good. Be prepared for some delicious, nutricious food and some wonderful, encouraging company.
