Description
On Thursdays, we will be practicing Ringen (grappling or wrestling) as the main focus. This will be cycled out for other weapon systems within the German tradition after a month or two. European grappling is an effective form of upright wrestling involving arm-bars and throws. The use of a dagger to compliment the unarmed techniques, or more commonly follow them up, is expected.
