Thank you for joining the Columbia Insanity Fitness Group. Sessions are held at Victory Martial Arts 6590 Old Waterloo Rd Elkridge, MD 21075. (Rt. 108, Turn onto Lark Brown Road (opposite the restaurant park) at the Royal Farms, Go past the entrance to Costco and make the left in the plaza where the 7-11 is located. Sessions are as follow: Saturday (Beginners and Intermediates Fitness Levels) 7:30 AM-8:15 AM Sunday (Intermediates & Experienced Fitness Levels ) 7:30 AM-8:15 AM M-F (All Fitness Levels) 5:00 AM-5:45 AM M-F (All Fitness Levels) 9:00 PM-9:45 PM Sessions are $10.00 per session (Paid at the door) Multiple Session Advanced Purchase (Book of five sessions $40.00) (Five sessions for the price of four)
