Come experience an unconventional dance fitness workout called the ULTIMATE GROOVE this Saturday. Your 1-hour will consists of 15 minutes of movement rehearsal/warm-up, 25 minutes of dance routines, 15 minutes of strength training exercises, and a 5 minute cool-down. SEE VIDEO of workout at http://www.groovedancefitness.com Bring water, and a towel or yoga mat for floor exercises. Cost: FREE for Studio Inspire members. Non-members $18.
