Description
Yoga is skill in action. In each class we work with the Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment and apply them to a well-rounded series of poses. There is an emphasis on attitude (beginner's mind), alignment (aligning with nature) and action (balanced muscular and organic energy) but the most important of the three is attitude. My intention is for you to practice Yoga on the mat to be able to more fully and skillfully live your life.
