Come and learn how -- Yoga-- can help prepare your mind and body to become one for skiing and help with your skiing itself. Bill Blask will present a program on this ancient mental and physical discipline. Learning about Yoga will be a totally new experience for your president and program director -Max-. So....don't be shy. Let's find out what its all about from this unique program. Light refreshments provided. Grecian Gardens has yet to be confirmed as the location.
