Description
This group is for anyone who is interested in learning more about basic Kadampa Buddhist topics and/or meditation. Class will include guided meditation, short teaching and discussion, and time for socializing. Everyone is welcome. Join Ganden teacher, Mark Gould, for a meaningful discussion on "The Three Higher Trainings." Teachings are guided by "Introduction to Buddhism" by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Each class begins with a guided relaxation meditation, then there is a brief teaching on the evening's topic, time for question and answer, and finishes with a brief dedication. No special clothing or registration is required; just show up ready to relax and enjoy!
