Indie Grits Film Festival - Film screening and awards ceremony

Indie Grits Film Festival comes to Columbia. We'll attend the Friday showings as a group. The festival starts Wednesday, April 15 and ends with musical performances on Saturday with with Awards presentation. Festival passes are $35 each and grant entry to all 13 Indie Grits programs. It doesn't appear that you can purchase tickets for just a single day, so you guys may want to hook up with other members to see if anyone is free to go with you on other days! But I believe the money goes towards helping to keep the spirit of independent film makers alive. Following the screening, Georg will lead a conversation on no-budget guerilla filmmaking. Admission to this event is free thanks to support from The Humanities Council.
