All tickets purchased though Etix for Chris Botti and A Day of Jazz in Charleston are non-refundable and non-transferable under all conditions.

The Skipp Pearson Jazz Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c), (3) music preservation organization and as such will not be able to offer remittance for distributed funds from ticket purchases made in advance.

By clicking on the box next to "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions" at the end of the purchase process and just above the "Purchase" button, you agree that you have read and agree to the additional terms and conditions regarding the mandatory refund policy for canceled or postponed event established by the Skipp Pearson Jazz Foundation for the event: Chris Botti and A Day of Jazz in Charleston.
