Kochansky is the Artist in Residence at 701 CCA. The theme of her current work centers on memories related to architecture, particularly the 701 Whaley Street building itself, built in 1903, in which she is the first actual resident since its recent restoration. Kochansky has crafted a chronicle of ten transparent panels that are 9’5” x 4’ and five bales that are 3’ x 4’ x 3’ made from mementos of her stay and historical materials from the community related to both Olympia and the 701 Whaley building.
