Description
Just like anyone else...I love FREE stuff! And so, if you like you can join me for Zumba Toning. Zumba Toning is a Latin dance fitness class that utilizes 1-3 lb weights to add resistance while you dance. There are circuit training songs, dance 'n tone segments, and an instructor's choice song! Woohoo! We'll have a weights available for you to use...or you can do it without weights and just dance!
