Our Beginner 50 minute Classes are as follows:

Tues 5p Avanti Ballroom, 1337 N Academy
Sat 820a All About Dance Studio, 2318 Vickers Dr

Please wear comfortable workout attire and running or tennis shoes. It's the same great Latin-based Zumba music and PARTY style workout, but just to a much slower pace and with moves geared to the beginner or older adult.

SO DITCH THE WORKOUT AND JOIN THE PARTY!
