UM Symphony Orchestra

Lee Hinkle, Timothy McKay & Daniel Villanueva, percussion
Four musical eras collide in three works as the UMSO kicks off its 2009-10 season with a burst of instrumental virtuosity.
The program includes: W.A. Mozart's Symphony No. 36 in C Major (“Linz”); Christopher Rouse's post-modern Fantasy for Percussion and Orchestra, Der gerettete Alberich; and Béla Bartók's Concerto for Orchestra.
