Sunday July 26 @ Noon Rehearsals will take place in June and July, specific dates and locations TBD Description:
The A Capella Party tells the story of two lovers, Tony & Julie, who get caught up in the highly competitive world of college a capella. Both Tony and Julie audition for Timbuktu University’s most prestigious (and rival) groups, the Timbuktones and An Achoired Taste. Unfortunately, Tony is only accepted into the Timbuktones, while Julie only receives an invitation to join An Achoired Taste. Will the intense rivalry and hatred between the groups be enough to tear young love apart? For Auditions:
Please prepare a verse and a chorus of a contemporary song (pop, country, rock, etc. are fine). Please bring a headshot and resume if you have one. If you wish to schedule an audition, please contact our stage manager, Bridget Woodbury at bridgetwoodbury@me.com Auditions will be held May 13th & 14th from 6-8pm at the University of Maryland's Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center, Room TBA. Callbacks will be held on May 17th at the same location. Time TBD
