Held at Aikido of Fresno at 11:30 am Come enjoy an all-level Hatha Yoga class held in one of the most beautiful and spacious studios in Fresno. No mat necessary! Class is open to all; whether you are completely new to Yoga or are an experienced Yogi, this is the perfect opportunity to experience the health and serenity that a well-rounded Yoga practice offers!
