Description
All are welcome to our Free Community Yoga at Aikido of Fresno! Held in the most beautiful and spacious studio Fresno has to offer, come enjoy an All Level Hatha Yoga class that offers a unique atmosphere to relax and invigorate at the same time. We'll begin with breathing exercises to calm the mind followed by poses and exercises to sooth the soul and body. We'll end with a nice, relaxing Savasana. Aikido of Fresno is in a central location and is easy to find. There are two private changing rooms, a water fountain and restroom facilities. It is located in the Tower District at 1130 N. Wishon Ave. Map Link: STUDIO DIRECTIONS This is an all level yoga class; everyone is welcome! What you need to know: Avoid eating 1-2 hours before class BYOM (bring your own mat) Wear comfortable clothes Class lasts for 90 minutes See you on the mat!
