A Salute to Joni Mitchell

The evening will include a pre- and post-performance art exhibition featuring local and Tri-C artists.

As a tribute to the artist Rolling Stone called “one of the greatest songwriters ever,” an eclectic mix of favorite local musicians perform selections from Joni Mitchell’s extensive music catalogue. The legendary Canadian songwriter, singer and painter burst onto the music scene with her debut album in 1968 and has since received nine Grammy Awards, the Billboard Century Award, and was inducted into both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Canadian Music Hall of Fame. Mitchell has played with the best in the business, including Pat Metheny, Wayne Shorter, Lionel Richie and Graham Nash, among others.
