Painting Workshop 3A

Painting Workshop taught by Nancy We've been having a lot of fun at the art workshops, so by request, we're going to have another acrylic painting workshop in November. This will be before Painting Workshop 4, which is why I'm calling it Painting Workshop 3A. Experimenting with color is fun; you'll learn how to blend and mix colors and which colors work well together. You can paint abstract designs or representational landscapes/florals/scenes.....anything goes! If you have an idea of something you'd like to paint, bring what you need and I can help you with it. If you don't have any idea or are a beginner, don't worry, I will provide subject matter for you. Just come ready to learn and have fun! The classes are very informal and relaxed, so no matter what your level of ability, you'll find you're in good company. I work with you at your own pace and everyone is encouraging. This workshop will be from 6:30-8:30 pm on Monday, November 16, at St. Thomas Lutheran School in Rocky River. The address is: 21211 Detroit Rd. It's just west of the intersection of Wagar (W. 210 St.) and Detroit. Important Information: Price: The cost of the workshop is the same as the others, $10. Also, you can bring a guest (+1) and receive half off your fee. Supplies: Acrylic paint set (basic colors), flat/round brushes, water container, palette, canvas, paper towels. A detailed supply list can be sent to you if you don't know what to get. RSVP: Most everyone has been great about RSVPs and letting me know if they can't make a workshop at the last minute. So I would ask that you continue to do this, it really helps me plan. Please make your RSVP definite, and if you RSVP "yes", try to do that only if you really plan on coming.
