Turkey Trot

Join us for the 3.1 mile Turkey Trot. It officially starts at 7:30 a.m. (although you have to get there earlier than that and allow for time to park due to the crowds). Registration is required. You can get more info and register online at Turkey Trot info and registration When you sign up, chose the one called the "5k Fun Run" -- that's the one we'll do (we can walk in that one). You may also bring canned or non-perishable goods with you the day of the event. PARKING SUGGESTION/RACE START INFO (updated 11/21) I've not had much luck in finding out the exact start location except for the not-to-scale map on the Turkey Trot site. Point A is the CVS parking lot (Keene and Gulf to Bay) where I propose we meet. This is my first year doing this, so I'm not sure if the CVS lot will be packed or not. Just a few blocks west of CVS is a shopping center with an Auto Zone (Duncan and Gulf to Bay). There's a parking lot behind the Auto Zone that could be a good overflow spot for parking, and then just walk over and meet us in the CVS parking lot. Please be at our CVS meeting point no later than 7 a.m. so we can walk over and find the Turkey Trot starting point. (Note: when I scouted the area on Saturday, posted signs say Keene will be closed south of 60, so keep that in mind.) Gobble, gobble!
