The registration fee covers all meeting materials, refreshment breaks, breakfasts, lunches, one reception and dinner Saturday evening.

There are two ways to register:
1. You can register at this site by completing an online registration form and submitting credit card information online, or
2. You can register using a hard copy registration form (available by contacting mcassett@neomed.edu) and mailing registration payment (check) made payable to NEOMED to:

Attention Student representatives of OSR - If you purchase a registration, you may register one additional student representative for free (maximum 1 free registration).

Attention Guest registrants - The $150 registration fee covers refreshment breaks, one reception and dinner Saturday evening.

Only continue with this site if you plan to register and pay online.

If you have any questions regarding registration, please contact Michelle Cassetty Collins at (330) 325-6479 or mcassett@neomed.edu. Please note that guest badges are required at all functions; individuals without badges will not be admitted.

If you plan to bring your family to Clearwater Beach with you please coordinate with the hotel to arrange for childcare during meeting hours. Minors are not permitted to attend these functions.

The Association of American Medical Colleges wishes to ensure that no individual with a disability or special needs is excluded, denied services, segregated or otherwise treated differently from other individuals because of the absence of auxiliary aids and services.

Registration Cancellation Policies

If you need to cancel your registration, your fee(s) will be refunded according to the schedule of dates outlined below.

Written notice of cancellation must be sent by email, fax or U.S. mail to:

Cancellations received by March 14, 2012 will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received between March 15 and March 22 will be assessed a 50% processing fee. Cancellations received after March 22 will result in the forfeiture of the entire registration fee. Partial or full fees that have been forfeited will not be applied to registration for other meetings.

Notice of cancellation for guest fees must be received by March 22, 2012 in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after that time will result in forfeiture of the entire fee.
