From I-95, take Route 32 West (Exit 38) toward Columbia to Clarksville. Event Description: Daily, dawn to dusk. Trail is rated 2. The trail is mainly on hardtop pathways, streets and sidewalks in the Columbia Village of River Hill. The trail is suitable for strollers. It is not wheelchair accessible. Restrooms are available only at the start/finish. Food and drinks are available for purchase at the start/finish.
