Description

The historic 20th Century Theater has entertained the people of Cincinnati and Hamilton County for years, and continues its legacy of amusement in a slightly different way. While the theater was a well-known cinema in its earlier days, it now schedules some of the most talented local and regional musicians that pass through town, as well as the occasional mainstream music star. 20th Century Theater's spacious accommodations and superb amenities add to the reasons why it has become the best live music venue in North Cincinnati.

Located on Madison Road in the Oakley neighborhood, 20th Century Theater has a history of entertaining audiences since 1941. The theater closed in 1983 and became a floor retailer and church before reopening as a concert and event venue in 1997. Since that time, 20th Century Theater has scheduled talented local and regional musicians every week while providing a comfortable yet classy environment from which to watch these performers. Luckily for the theater, it was originally built to enhance the acoustics of movies, so audiences will experience a show of the highest sound quality each time they visit this historic landmark.
