Abstract:

Hear the real-life Lean experiences of four local companies and how they practice Lean in the field. Find out how they got started, what is working for them, and what they struggle with. A panel discussion will follow giving attendees the ability to interact with the practitioners and ask the tough questions.

Brad Richey of Turner Construction will be the program's moderator.
