Greetings! The first Meet-up will be a general meet n' greet with a nice, casual run (3-4 miles) through Hyde Park/Mt. Lookout area. After the run, we will also be handing out the running regimen that will get everyone started on the training for the 2010 Marathon in Cincinnati. Every Meet-up preceding this, will be following the training schedule, however, you are free to follow any schedule that might work best for you. We will meet at Ault Park by the observatory.
