100% of all registration fees & donations will be used to rebuild the school in LeFond, Haiti!

Walk start times: 9:00, 10:00 or 11:00 a.m.
Registration Fee: $25 per dog
(additional dogs per walker - $10 each)

Cash (in person) or Check - Please make check payable to “Winton Road First Church of God” with “LeFond School Fund” on the memo line.

I understand that participating in the “Dog Walk for Haiti” includes an element of risk for both my dog and myself. I agree to assume all risks and waive all claims against The Winton Road First Church of God, their volunteers, sponsors, and event promoters should any injury or liability occur.
