Cincinnati Fringe Festival - Cincy Fringe Fest

The Cincinnati Fringe Festival, in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio is a collaborative organization, providing opportunities and exposure for artists willing to take a risk. Artists push the boundaries of the “norm” and continually experiment with style and content. Artists from the Queen City, across the country, and abroad descend upon the downtown area for 12 days of artistic celebration. These artists are from a variety of mediums. From theatre, dance, music, poetry, visual art, film and everything in between or beyond they perform in traditional and non-traditional venues across downtown.

Beginning in 2011 FringeNext will be launched as part of the festival programming. During the first week of the Festival there will be Fringe productions created by and performed by high school students. The initiative’s aim is to encourage and support budding artists in the community.
