Columbia Tusculom historic steps walk: Steps of Cincinnati: mod to difficult

If you were on this last year, you'll remember how great it was. CT is Cincy's oldest community and would've been the city center if i wasn't for that darn flooding. Come see Painted Lady Victorians that rival San Francisco's, Cincy's oldest home and church still in use, a neighborhood of beautifully labeled historic homes, and some great views. This was my favorite hike last year. Be aware!! We will be ascending Mt Tusculum and it is a mountain, be it a small one, compared to my Colorado Rockies. The terrain will be all paved, with steps and include several flat areas and one major climb. Meet at Alms Park in the lower lot. When you enter the park, follow the signs to the reserved picnic areas. AT the Y, go left. It is the large lot below. If you see Lunken Airport, you went up, follow the road to to the bottom lot. We can share libations after at Allyns or the Mexican place whose name escapes me at the moment. Believe me you will have earned it after this urban hike. Hope to see you there.
