Description
We will begin with a QiGong set that everyone can follow along with. Then some time for Q & A and general discussion, followed by 24 form practice and Push Hands. Hopefully we will have some guest instructors come by to share their perspectives as well. There will be a suggested donation of $5 a month to cover the cost of the meet-up group and any additional costs that arise for the group. However, there is no class fee for instruction. The donation will be voluntary. If you cannot afford it at all, please attend anyway. Just let me know.
