Power Surge 97 Golf Tournament

The 2012 San Diego Power Surge '97 Fastpitch season is underway. In the past 12 months, this team has won over 80% of its games and has placed in the top three in every tournament it has entered since last summer. This spring, the team will be attending several out of state college showcases, tournaments, and playing exhibition games against the top teams in the country. The schedule is extremely demanding and quite expensive. It is for that reason that we have elected to fund raise within our community to help offset the costs of equipment, training, and travel expenses.

One of our most enjoyable fundraisers of the 2012 season will be a golf tournament, hosted by Eastlake Country Club on Sunday, March 11, 2012. It will consist of 18 holes of golf, complete with contests for longest drive and closest to the hole. Following the tournament will be carne asada dinner, raffle, and a silent auction.

The tournament will be a 4-person Best Ball Scramble.

Shotgun start at 8am.

Check-In, Breakfast, and practice begins at 7am
