We will meet at Cottonwood Park. The workout will begin at 8:30 am. You will want to get there a little early to find the park, park your car and get situated. We workout together because it is more fun that way and when people get to know you and expect to see you there, you are more likely to show up to exercise. (Come on, you know it's true! Stretching starts at 9:20ish and then you have the rest of the day! What a sense of accomplishment! We look forward to seeing you!
