Comedian Jo Koy, with his infectiously explosive energy on stage, insightful jokes and family inspired humor, is one of the hottest entertainers working today. Jo can be seen weekly as a regular guest on E!’s “Chelsea Lately” and Comedy Central recently premiered his latest stand up special “Jo Koy: Lights Out” which is currently available on DVD. In addition, Jo is currently on the Lights Out comedy tour, and will tour nationally throughout the year. In his first standup special, “Don’t Make Him Angry”, Jo tackles hilarious instances of road rage, recalls some of the worst places he’s ever had to visit while touring, and shares some of his most intimate family moments. Many hail Jo as “a comic for the people” - meaning that he has crossed all boundaries and all racial stereotypes, and leaves audiences always wanting more.

Jo has gone on to make late night appearances on “Jimmy Kimmel Live”, “Last Call with Carson Daly”, “Lopez Tonight,” BET’s “Comic View”, Jamie Foxx Presents: “Laffapalooza”, and made numerous VH1 specials. He has become a fixture on the comedy festival circuit, and is one of the most requested new comedians across the country.
