=HONKY TONK NITE=
Honky Tonk Nite has existed for over a decade in several incarnations and geographical locations (in living rooms and barrooms from California to Kentucky). Basically its always been a time for likeminded souls to devote to listenin and playin Country Music. Its a damn good way for songwriters to bounce songs of each other and maybe an audience. At the very least its a place I can go (by myself if I have to) and play songs and drink whiskey until they shut the damn bar down. It aint for everyone...I wish it was. And it aint no open mic. NO SENSITIVE SINGER-SONGWRITERS ALLOWED. It aint Karaoke neither. If you write (or play) songs by or similar to the hundred or so artists listed here youre welcome as hell. Save the fucking Dave Matthews shit fer yer damn frat buddies. HONKY TONK NITE is now officially exclusively and whathaveyou at THE MALTESE bar in Chico
