Children ages 14 and under are welcome to attend the event free of charge, but they must pay the registration fee in order to receive an event T-shirt and refreshments.

As part of the registration fee, all registered participants will receive an official Y-ME Race At Your Pace T-shirt. Leading up to the event, T-shirts and Race Bibs will be available for pick-up at designated locations throughout the Chicagoland area (details to come as Race Day approaches). You also have the option to have your T-shirt and Bib mailed to you; if you wish to receive your items in the mail please select that option during registration. Registration fees do not count toward fundraising goals. Registration fees are not tax-deductible.

Course

The are three courses on Race Day: a 5K Run, a 3-mile Walk or a 1-mile Walk.

Are you joining us at the Y-ME Race from out of town? Would you like to spend Mother's Day weekend in downtown Chicago and be closer to Grant Park for the Y-ME Race? We will have more information about discount packages and team reservations as Race Day approaches.

Limited street parking is available. Ample parking is available in the Millennium Garages at:

East Monroe Garage -- 350 E. Monroe
Millennium Park Garage -- 201 E. Randolph
Grant Park South -- 325 S. Michigan
Grant Park North -- 25 N. Michigan

Public transportation is strongly encouraged. Suggested routes are the CTA Red line to Monroe or Jackson, the Green, Orange, Brown or Pink Lines to Adams/Wabash or the Blue Line to Monroe or Jackson.
