Awaken your taste buds with an evening of indulgences by Carmine’s and Rodney Strong. An elegant wine tasting dinner not to be missed, the five-course meal expertly pairs Carmine’s culinary classics and specially created dishes with the acclaimed wines of Rodney Strong including Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon selections. A representative from Rodney Strong Vineyards will also be on hand to answer questions and share insights on each of the premium wines and pairings.

Reception begins at 6:30pm followed by dinner at 7:00pm. Seats are limited, call for reservations.

Sauteed Shrimp in lemon garlic sauce, green peas
and grape tomatoes, served over garlic crostini
with Rodney Strong 2009 "Charlotte's Home" Sauvignon Blanc

Second course
Eggplant Salad
Juicy beefsteak tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, pan fried
eggplant and basil, drizzled in balsamic vinaigrette
served with Rodney Strong 2009 Chalkhill Chardonnay

Third course
Lobster Ravioli
Jumbo lobster stuffed homemade ravioli in lobster
butter sauce, fresh herbs, asparagus and grape tomatoes
served with Rodney Strong 2008 Russian River Pinot Noir

Fourth course
Veal Saltimbocca
Tender cutlet pounded thin with prosciutto and fresh sage, sautéed, topped
