Rocky Business are the leaders of the new wave in New York with a progressive, polished, unapologetic sound. From their 2010 debut they have infused all great music New York City has to offer. From the melting pot of New York the Rocky Business recipe consists of nu-wave funk, electronic, and indie rock. These eclectic genres leave you with a taste of the future. Playing at major music venues from East to West coast and Down South; dance clubs to illegal loft parties, Rocky Business has also played many festivals such as Afro-Punk, Northside, SXSW CMJ and events in Europe, Mexico and Canada.

J CRIST


James Crist (J. Crist) is an American recording artist from Los Angeles, California. Originally from "The Region" (Northwest Indiana), his musical style is a mixture of Hip Hop, Rap, Rock, and Pop combined with powerful and dynamic vocals that immediately grab your attention with every verse, bridge, and chorus. His love for music started at an early age as he recorded songs in his bedroom singing and using Frisbees as percussion. At a time where music is dithering between contemporary genres, J. Crist brings emotion and energy back into the music scene establishing a new sound for the new generation. From his mind-altering metaphors to his powerful, emotional delivery, J's aggressive melodic flow takes contemporary Hip Hop, Rock, and Pop to a whole new level. J released his independently distributed album "Grown Man Street" in January 2011 and in December 2011, J released yet another inspiring single titled "Feelin Fine." The record reflected on being broken-hearted and ultimately overcoming a strenuous time in his life. Produced by Jon Redwine, the track features an addictive guitar riff, life like drums, and soul screaming vocals.

Anthony Struck and Joey Metallo were both born and raised in Chicago Illinois. They have dealt with adversity to make it where they are today. Both developed a love for music at a young age. Today they use Hip Hop as an outlet for there emotional struggles. They can be seen bouncing around Chicago "Doing what it takes."
