As with major consumer brands, the individual's unique experience with your organization can trigger emotional responses that will either keep them giving and participating or make them turn away. While some nonprofits are working to grow their audience, many are still struggling to maintain sustainable levels of involvement and support from their current community of donors, sponsors and volunteers. Learn how to be successful in working with resources available to you in continuing to capture the attention of new supporters and to keep them engaged.

Holly Messick, VP Corporate Relations with the American Heart Association,   Midwest Affiliate

Joey Feinstein, Executive Director of Climate Cycle
