Come have a refreshing experience to begin your week. Yoga is a great way to connect with your body and mind and to deepen in relaxation. While focusing on the breath and letting go of tension, we can experience a quieter mind and deeper relaxation. Yoga can improve sleep, focus and an overall sense of well being. Here is an opportunity to start the practice of living a more peaceful life! No experience necessary for this gentle yoga class.
