Join us for guided meditation and group practice in the healing and long-life practices of White Tara. These sessions are an ideal introduction to Tibetan Buddhist meditation for new and less experienced students. NOTE: When Gelek Rimpoche, founder and spiritual director of Jewel Heart, or Aura Glaser, teacher and co-founder of Jewel Heart, is giving a Sunday talk in Ann Arbor, we will tune in to the live videocast. Ten (10) sessions on Sunday mornings with the first session on September 13. Dates: (10 Sundays) Sept 13, 20, 27; Oct 4, 18; Nov 1, 8, 22 (please note that there is no class Nov 29/Thanksgiving weekend); Dec 6, 13 Time: 9-10 am (before Lam Rim class) Course fee: Suggested donation $5/session
