Event details: THE HEIZ
Description
Website
Shaku and Asako were members of the well-known Tokyo electro-rock band Milkteath while Kimura played drums for indie rock band Outside. Both bands released many CDs and DVDs, toured Japan nationwide numerous times, and appeared on several television shows. But Shaku, Asako, and Kimura couldn't get any satisfaction… The three members of "the heiz" first met in 2005 when their respective bands played together for the first time. Three years worth of jam sessions later and "the heiz" were born.
VEE DEE
Website
Vee Dee will rearrange your mind. Out of the Chicago underground crawl Vee Dee like a snake on it's belly. Three sons of broken homes with an appetite for apathy deliver their testament to Midwest life at it's most dangerous. Coming on like a deranged Buzzcocks, Vee Dee have their own brand of tripped out, buzz-fuelled, beat driven punk that hasn't been seen from a Chicago band since the days of the Shadows of Knight.
