Marcus Anthony, an 8th grade student at Abraham Lincoln Elementary School in Lincoln Park, is a budding artist. He paints reproductions of landscapes, still lifes, and animals with acrylics on canvas.
You can find him displaying his artwork from 9 to 3PM on Sunday, December 7th at the Irish American Heritage Center’s Annual Christmas Bazaar – a twenty-five year tradition. The center is located at 4626 North Knox Avenue. Activities will include a breakfast ($8 for adults and $4 for children), bake sale, a visit from Santa Claus, and other entertainment. In addition to his paintings, Marcus will also sell Christmas ornaments & decorations and toys.
