The Jewish Council on Urban Affairs is thrilled to be honoring Joan W. Harris, Chairperson of the Irving Harris Foundation and James Reynolds, Jr., Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Loop Capital Markets, with the Rabbi Robert J. Marx Social Justice Award. James Reynolds, Jr. is also the Chairman of the board of the Chicago Urban League.
