Description
During this hour of sitting meditation, participants have the opportunity to engage in analytical meditation on the Lam Rim points, personal practice in a group setting, or concentrated meditation on the breath or other object of focus. A Jewel Heart facilitator will open and close each session, answer questions, and provide guidance. Open to students at all levels of experience. Time: Sundays 11:30 am to 12:30 pm following Lam Rim I classes Instructor: Rochelle Winter and Jewel Heart facilitators Session dates (8 weeks): Sept, 7, 14 and 28 (no class Sept 21) Oct 5, 12, and 26 (no class Oct 19) Nov 16 and 23 (no class Nov 2, Nov 9and Nov 30, Thanksgiving) Dec 7, holiday potluck, details to follow Course fee: Free Community Class - no recommended donation
