On the most celebrated night of the year, Dec. 31, Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, 2233 S. Martin Luther King Drive, Chicago, Illinois, will host a record breaking event, the “New Beginnings 2010 Bash” featuring the world’s largest gathering of couples renewing their commitments to each other as they start the new year and new decade together. Every event detail will be handled and presented with elegance by the award winning Catering and Convention Services department at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. From the beautiful setting at one of downtown Chicago's largest hotels, the gourmet sit-down dinner, the dancing (made special by the playing of some of their very own favorite songs), to the renewal ceremony, performed by officiates flown in from around the country, this not-to-be-missed event will be the most memorable way for couples and families to ring in the New Year.

Guests are invited to enjoy overnight accommodations, dinner, and dancing for two, complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, the ceremony, and a New Year’s Eve toast for $299 plus tax. The package also includes self-parking in Hyatt Regency McCormick Place’s garage. Dinner only will be available for $175 plus tax per couple with a special price of $29 plus tax for children 11 and under.

For couples who choose to add an extra night to their stay on Wednesday, 12/30 or Friday, 1/1, the rate is $79 plus tax. Brunch is also available on New Year’s Day for an additional $70 plus tax per couple and $15 for children 11 and under.
