Our first film for discussion will be "Frost/Nixon". It's playing all around town so you should be able to find a showing convenient for your schedule. We'll meet Thursday evening January 8, 2009 at 7:30 at Starbucks at the corner of Sheffield and Armitage (I didn't want to use a bar due to potential noise and maybe offending some members; there's room there by the front window) to discuss it. We chose Thursday nights because 1) it will not interfere with people's weekend plans, 2) it's later in the week when most people are winding down from work, and 3) a place we choose to meet at will not be as busy as if on a weekend night. Please RSVP accurately; update any "maybe's" that week we meet and update any "yeses" if you see you will not be able to attend. We look to do this each month and enjoy many lively film conversations.
