Sparring and Grappling/Ground Work. Practice techniques, kicks, submission techniques and holds. Club will generally meet up for 90 minutes at a time and focus on stand up for 45 minutes and juijitsu for 45 minutes. All ages and skill levels are encouraged to participate! Great small private club format with plenty of learning and instruction time! Fee based and includes 4 classes. Join the Underground Fight League Today!
