Manos -- the Hands of Fate

This month's viewing will be a Joel episode from the fourth season entitled "Manos, the Hands of Fate". Considered to be the most painful of all MST3K episodes, Manos was made on a budget of about $10 and financed by a fertilizer company from Texas. Absolutely nothing happens in the film, but it is famous for its fabulous character - Torgo!! (women just love a man with big knees, right?). Please take your medication before attending, and make sure all support networks are available to you after the viewing. Archie's Bar has a big-screen TV and room for all of us. The owner only asks that we buy some drinks, which are amazingly affordable for Chicago. Archie's doesn't sell food, but takeout menus are available and you are allowed to bring your own food. Parking is possible, but can be tough because some of the side streets are zoned. Location is accessible by CTA. Finally, as a favor to your humble organizer, please keep your RSVPs up to date. This includes changing your RSVP to no if you cannot attend, as well as adding/deleting guests, if necessary.
